Natalie joined Coney in 2015. Working closely with Joint CEO’s Becki and Tassos to deliver the core artistic programme, she produces Coney’s projects for commissioners across the charitable and corporate sectors, consultancy offers and events, and manages the overall operation of the organisation.

From 2013-2015 she was the Administrator at Paines Plough, where she worked on 17 productions of new plays and launched Roundabout in Edinburgh. She initially joined the company as Administrative and Finance Assistant on a one year paid traineeship through Creative Access.

Between 2010-2011 Natalie lived and worked in Berlin, and prior to this from 2008-2010 she was Joint Artistic Director of SeedSew, producing site specific performance whilst based at The Point Theatre, Eastleigh, as their artists’ in residence.

Natalie is passionate about producing exceptional art from public spaces to theatres, and has previously worked in this capacity as Artist Liaison at Latitude, Production Assistant at Emma Brunjes Productions and Artist at MPA-Berlin.
