What do you do in your Coney hat?
I’m currently working as a Trainee Producer across Coney’s ever-expanding portfolio of projects – providing producing support and administrative assistance across the board.
What other hats do you wear?
I’m also a working-class theatremaker, author, director and actor, having completed both my undergraduate degree (BA Acting) and postgraduate degree (MA Theatre & Performance) at the University of Chichester. While studying, I co-founded devised comedy theatre group Red Biscuit Theatre, Brightmouth Productions alongside two other amazing creatives, and co-founded the-crumb.com, an online platform for emerging critics to review productions, shows, games, gigs and book amongst many other things.
What excites you most about Coney?
‘Spark change through play’ is a motto I’ve always been drawn to as both a theatremaker and producer, and lies at the absolute heart of everything Coney do. Coney consistently make high-quality, meaningful and creative work that is accessible in its creation, delivery and programming and it means I get to work with excitingly brilliant makers from across the world.
What was the first game you ever played?
Harry Potter & The Philosopher’s Stone on PlayStation 1. If you know, you know.
