A pioneering new method of rehabilitation
An intervention using play and gift-giving to help life play better for clients of Wandsworth Probation Service.
A Lovely Intervention is a pioneering new method for rehabilitation, piloted with Wandsworth Probation Service from 2016 until 2019. The intervention works directly with clients of a probation service to help them make positive changes in their lives. Different levels of engagement are offered, ultimately leading to the creation of secret gifts for strangers with lovely impact.
By creating bespoke games with clients going through rehabilitation, A Lovely Intervention uses their unique super powers to do positive things for others in their community. The impact is tailored for the client as an individual, but also impacts recipients of gifts, and networks of family and friends.
