Play Change

About the programme

Coney at Work supports businesses and organisations to spark positive change in their workplace, offering bespoke consultancy on making play for impact.

We work with organisations across sectors, including creative industries (Natural History Museum, Channel 4 Education), NGOs (Teenage Cancer Trust, Child Rights International Network), public organisations (UKRI, Wandsworth Probation Services), and the private sector (Financial Times, Deloitte). Coney at Work endeavours to drive positive change at both team and individual levels, in a way that’s smart, meaningful and fun.

When working, we take stock of a business or workplace, assessing both the need and the context. From these findings, unique to each workplace, we develop bespoke games and workshops. These incorporate creativity and technology, always embedding thought-provoking gameplay and reflection. We have expertise and experience in integrating many modes of impact into our play-making. We have made play for workplaces around themes including:

  • bonding a team with its mission
  • making scientific research accessible to diverse audiences
  • responding well to future uncertainty and crisis
  • the practice of neighbourhood and community
  • resilience psychology
  • activist training

Coney can help with whatever is most relevant to your organisation. If you’re interested in bringing Coney into your workplace, drop us a line at [email protected].
